Returns and Warranty Policy

1.If you are not satisfied with our MP3 players or want to exchange defective products with a brand new replacement,please send the MP3 players back within one month.In this conditions, user should bear the shipping fees in both sides.The returned item should be as same as before.
2. 1 year free repair warranty: All MP3 players item can enjoy 1 year manufacture warranty.Within 1year,you can send your MP3 player back for free repair at any time.In this case, user only need to bear the back shipping fees, and we pay the returned shipping fee!                                                                                 

•This item's warranty becomes void:
•1) If damaged is caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misuse, incorrect installation or operation, neglect, accident or similar cause.
•2) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
