All our lasers are easy to use, but please operate it correctly, here are our suggestions:

• please turn laser pen off and keep it clean if no operation, don't let the laser keep lighting always.

• Please set battery in correct direction horizontally, especially for RED laser pen, please read item description on website carefully.

• Never point your laser at another person, especially their face or eyes.

• You'd better not look directly into the laser beam. Even if it is a low powered laser, it will be damaging if you stare at it for quite a while

Warranty

The products are covered by a 12 month International Warranty

d) The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial consignee. In the case of resellers, this is when the vendor receives the goods from Trait-tech. The period is exactly 365 days from that time. For example, a product on the 365th day is covered, but a product on the 366th is no longer covered.

Exceptions to Warranty

a) We do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from Trait-tech.

b) The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.

c) The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.
